Services

Four jobs your team shouldn't be doing by hand

Every automation starts with a trigger, runs a set of steps and ends with something done. Here is what that looks like for the processes growing businesses ask about most.

Lead follow-up

When

Someone fills in your website form, replies to an ad or emails your info address.

Then

They're added to your CRM and get a personal reply within minutes, with your booking link. Your team gets a summary in Slack or email.

Result

No enquiry waits until the next morning, and every lead is on record.

Client onboarding

When

A client accepts a quote, signs or pays.

Then

Welcome email and intake form go out, the contract is sent for e-signature, a project folder and task list are created and the kickoff call is scheduled.

Result

Every new client gets the same first week.

Invoicing and reminders

When

A job is marked complete, or a payment due date passes.

Then

An invoice is created in your accounting software and sent. Polite reminders follow if it isn't paid, and receipts are filed automatically.

Result

Fewer late payments and no copying figures between apps.

Inbox triage

When

An email arrives in your shared or support inbox.

Then

AI sorts it into questions, orders, complaints or spam, drafts replies to common questions and flags urgent messages to the right person.

Result

Your inbox is sorted before you open it. Your team checks and sends instead of writing from scratch.

How it works

From first call to a running automation

Three steps, with the price agreed before any work starts. Everything happens online, wherever your business is.

  1. 15 minutes · free

    Discovery call

You describe the task that takes up the most time. I tell you whether it's worth automating and roughly what it involves. If it isn't worth it, I'll say so.

  2. Fixed quote

    Scope and build

You get a written scope and a fixed price before I start. I build and test everything in your own accounts, with your real data.

  3. 30 days included

    Handover and support

You get a recorded walkthrough and written notes. For 30 days I fix anything that breaks at no cost. Monthly support after that is optional.

About

You work directly with the engineer who builds it

Taskwire is run by me, Tomas Statkus, a software developer based in Kaunas, Lithuania. I've spent over four years building enterprise software professionally: document workflow systems and banking tools, in Java and Kotlin.

That background matters when an automation has to be reliable. I use no-code platforms like Zapier where they fit, and when your business needs something they can't do, I write the missing piece in code.

There's no account manager or sales team. The person on your first call is the person who builds and supports your automation.

Questions

Before you book

Do you work with businesses outside Lithuania?

Yes. Taskwire works with clients in any country. Calls are scheduled in your time zone, and everything from the first call to the handover happens online.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. I connect the tools you already use. The automation platform (Zapier or Make) runs on a subscription in your name, so you see exactly what it costs and can cancel at any time.

Will AI message my customers without anyone checking?

Only where you choose. Many businesses let the first reply to a new enquiry go out automatically. For complaints, refunds or anything unusual, AI drafts the reply and a person approves it.

What happens to my data?

It stays in your own accounts. I only access what the automation needs and sign a data processing agreement under GDPR or the data protection law that applies to you. For AI steps I use business plans from providers that don't train on your data.

What if an automation breaks?

Every automation sends an alert when a step fails, so problems are caught the same day. Fixes are free for the first 30 days and covered by monthly support after that.

Who owns the automations?

You do. Everything is built in your accounts and documented, so you can keep it running with or without Taskwire.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many steps and apps are involved. After the call you get a fixed price in writing, so there are no hourly surprises.

Contact

Which task would you most like to stop doing?

Describe it in a few sentences and I'll reply within one working day with times for a free 15-minute call. If automation isn't the right fix, I'll tell you.
